Amanda Jans is a Sarasota native who has been with CPC since January of 2015- first as a graduate intern, then joining the team as a full-time therapist, and now serves as the Therapy Programs’ Clinical Director. Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences: Psychology and Criminology from the University of South Florida, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. She loves working with children and families and has spent the majority of her professional life either working or volunteering with children and families in a variety of capacities. “Speaking of families, I have a beautiful family of my own, including my husband of over 15 years (who is my high school sweetheart!) and our incredible daughter. We also have some furry family members, including two dogs and a bunny!”
