Nicole has worked in the accounting/finance field for 20 years. Most of that was spent with a commercial real estate investment firm in southern California. “The similarity between real estate investments and a non-profit such as CPC may be difficult to see, but accounting is a universal language and has the ability to make connections across industries, which I find very interesting. Accounting also distills an organization to its smallest factors. Like a pixilated mural, all those tiny dots of information can be analyzed and make up an intricate picture of the organization. Some may call it mundane, but I couldn’t disagree more!”
